Thoughtless Yes

God forgive the Floridians for what they have amended, as they do not
know that the thoughtless "yes" on Amendment 3 has made them
submit their power to Florida legislators.

As I recall, a few years ago a Tampa Tribune columnist summed it all up:
We have California-type problems and Mississippi-type legislators.
